The Scruggs Company offers an industry competitive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision and life.   Eligibility for enrollment is on the first day of the month following hire.  The Company provides at no cost to the employee  a minimum of $10,000 basic life and accidental death/dismemberment coverage within 30 days of hire.

Voluntary coverages to include on/off the job accident, critical illness, cancer, short term disability and long term disability are also offered.
